Comprehensive Internal Management System with Task and KPI Linking
The project involved close collaboration with stakeholders and a detailed investigation of the company's internal processes. In just 3 months, we conducted user interviews, designed and tested the entire desktop and iOS systems, and created a reusable design system. The project's success improved employee speed and productivity, and the design system was utilized in other company projects, demonstrating significant time and cost savings.

Additionally, the system was intended to facilitate the assessment of employee productivity and the level of their KPI achievement by utilizing tasks.
Our goal was to create a flexible activities section as the core element of internal task management system. It had to represent the company's information entities and enable employees to track their progress towards performance goals.
We also had the fun challenge of creating a design that would seamlessly connect projects, tasks, activities, and schedules.

During this testing phase, we encountered a few challenging issues, which we were able to address and resolve. In general, the experience was tremendously enlightening and proved to be extremely worthwhile.
After implementing changes based on user feedback, we focused on developing the mobile app version to provide users with a more accessible and convenient way to access our services on-the-go.
We've created a dark theme to make sure that our system is easy on the eyes for all users, no matter what time of day they are working.
